Service Description

This is a very gentle Yoga class using lots of props and supports. More relaxation than exercise it is perfect for anyone who needs to relax and get a gentle stretch.

Cancellation Policy

Courses are non refundable or transferable. In the event that you miss a session if I have available space in another class of similar style and duration within the same time period as the course which has been booked you may attend it if you email and request to do so and I confirm that it is possible. Sessions from courses cannot be rolled on to future courses and no refunds will be given for non attendance of a session.
