This course blends gentle practices, self-inquiry and yoga philosophy to help bring yoga off the mat and into everyday life. It is accessible to all abilities and welcomes both new and experienced yoga students.

  • Seven 90 minute sessions.
  • Mondays 6:30-8:00pm.
  • Weekly guided meditations and tasks.
  • Maximum five in-person spaces plus two Zoom spaces.
