Terms & Conditions

As I am running a small business, I can’t usually offer refunds or transfers of credit on class and event bookings. Please see our terms and conditions below for terms and conditions relating to specific purchases.

I reserve the right to alter and amend my timetable as needed.
For their own safety and for the benefit of other students, students must ensure they are physically and mentally fit enough to attend classes and if they have any injuries or conditions check with their doctor before attending class.
All bookings must be paid for in advance. Walk ins are not permitted.
I cannot offer refunds.
If you access and use Holly’s Breathing Space Yoga’s website, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.

 

Classes

Please do not arrive late to classes this is disruptive to other students.

Please turn any mobile devices to silent mode before your class.

Please wear appropriate clothing for exercise.

If attending an aerial yoga class no jewellery including watches may be worn.

For your own comfort please do not eat a substantial meal within the 2 hours prior to your class.

Please bring water with you to a class.

If at any point during a class you are unclear on what the instructor is telling you to do ask for clarification. If anything hurts stop immediately and inform the instructor. Do not do any movements that have been advised against by a medical professional.

 

Cancellations

No refunds will be given for missed classes, courses, workshops or retreats.

Missed classes, courses, workshops or retreats cannot be rolled onto future events.

Credit will not be given for non-attendance.

Sessions are non transferable.

 

One-To-One Sessions

If you are ever unable to attend please give plenty of notice to reschedule.

Full payment for one to one classes is required in advance of sessions

If you cancel your one to one with less than 24 hours notice you will still be charged

If you cancel up to 24 hours before the session then your session can be rescheduled without charge

I cannot offer refunds for one to one classes

 

Workshops & Courses

I cannot offer refunds for workshops, courses and events.

If Holly’s Breathing Space Yoga cancels a course/workshop you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

I cannot offer refunds for missed sessions.

 

Retreats

A deposit (per person, per retreat) must be made to secure your booking.

Full payment must be made up to one month before the retreat begins. See each retreat page for full details

 

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable

If you cancel up to 3 months before the retreat start date, we will refund any payment you have made in excess of the deposit.

If you cancel within 3 months of the retreat start date, we are unable to give a refund for any payments.

All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing hollysbreathingspace@gmail.com. The date that the email is received will be the date that any applicable refund is calculated.

Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for refunding any other costs incurred, i.e. your travel. I also cannot offer you a refund once the retreat has begun.

 

Liability

All information on our website is correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of going to press. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, some details of each retreat may differ to the description. I reserve the right to make any changes to our retreat programme at any time. I will always try to make alterative arrangements to the best of my ability, but if these are not taken up, I do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel. I do my upmost to provide retreats which are safe and supportive to all guests. However, it is the responsibility of each guest to look after their own safety as I cannot be responsible for any injuries or illnesses which occur during, or after, a retreat. I also cannot be responsible for any delays you occur during your travel, any loss or damage to your items and luggage.

 

Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure you have full travel insurance for the retreat you are attending. I recommend you insure your journey and your luggage, and have insurance which covers any additional activities you may plan to undertake whilst on retreat.

 

Website, Email & Payment Processing

If you access and use this Web site, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.

 

No Endorsements

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.

 

Payment for Products & Services

All Credit Cards will be processed in Pounds Stirling at the time of payment. I will not accept any responsibility for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
