Ideal if you're busy and want a class at a time that suits, or those looking for personal training, or anyone with specific injuries/conditions/over 75s looking to build strength, flexibility and relax.

Which class for you?

Beginner Yoga: Beginner Yoga courses are designed to give you an overview of Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. They are intended to instil confidence, build fitness and flexibility. If you have limited mobility, serious injuries or medical conditions my Restorative Yoga class is a better option for you.

Restorative Yoga: this class is pure relaxation ideal for those looking to chill, but also very inclusive for pre & post natal women, those with injuries or conditions and older adults. The class includes breathing exercises and meditation. This is not a fitness/exercise class.

Mixed ability/morning classes: A friendly and fun Yoga class with options for different abilities. These change every week and are an ideal way to increase fitness and flexibility. They also include some relaxation and meditation.

Aerial Yoga: aerial Yoga is a stronger style of yoga than mat-based yoga. It involves a mixture of strength and flexibility movements using aerial silks. Ideal for those looking to have a laugh, try something different and get fit.

Personal Training: I offer 1:1 personal training sessions ideal for anyone (including those with injuries/conditions) to build up strength and stamina. My style of personal training includes flexibility training and relaxation techniques to strengthen body and mind.
