Restorative Yoga

A relaxation-focused class with breathing and meditation. It is inclusive for pre and post natal students, injuries or conditions, and older adults.

Mixed Ability Classes

Friendly weekly-changing classes with options for different abilities, fitness, flexibility, relaxation and meditation.

Aerial Yoga

A stronger style of yoga using aerial silks for strength, flexibility, fun and confidence.

Personal Training

One-to-one strength and stamina work that can include flexibility training and relaxation techniques.
