These sessions start with warmups using hammocks against the wall and progress to free-hanging poses and sequences. Each session ends in peaceful relaxation.
Ideal if you want to try the class first or cannot commit to the full block.

Cancellation policy
Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss a class, you may attend a similar class in the same course period only where space is available and I confirm by email. Classes cannot be rolled on to future courses and no refunds are given for non-attendance.
