Service Description

Do you have specific goals for your Yoga practice? Or do you require more care and assistance than in a group class. Scheduled at a time to suit you these sessions are perfect for busy professionals who need sessions at the right time for them, pre & post natal clients, over 75s and anyone who just wants to practice privately.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for sessions is required 72hrs in advance. No refunds will be given for sessions cancelled within 24hrs of the class, and at least 24 hrs notice is required to reschedule an appointment without charge.
