Service Description
This small, friendly class offers an opportunity for total relaxation. We hold very gentle stretches supported by bolsters and cushions. Each class ends in blissful meditation. This class is suitable for all including those with injuries/conditions/pregnancy or anyone looking to de-stress and chill out.

Cancellation Policy
Courses are non refundable or transferable. In the event that you miss a session if I have available space in another class of similar style and duration within the same time period as the course which has been booked you may attend it if you email and request to do so and I confirm that it is possible. Sessions from courses cannot be rolled on to future courses and no refunds will be given for non attendance of a session.
